1. How do I book a photo session with you?
There's a couple of ways you can book a session with me. Shoot me an email at cristalframephotography@outlook.com, fill out the contact form on my website, or simply send me a dm on Instagram or Facebook. I can't wait to chat with you!
2. How far in advance should I book my session?
I recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and events.
3. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. The deposit may be waived for some sessions.
4. When is my remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session. I completely understand life gets busy, so I'll send you a reminder a week before our session.
5. Can I customize a photography package to fit my specific needs?
Of course! We can build a package that best fits your specific needs and budget.
6. How long does it take to receive the final edited images?
Delivery timeframes vary and can found under the package and pricing page. I try my best to deliver your gallery as soon as possible.
7. I'm not comfortable in front of the camera, can you help?
Absolutely! I aim to create a relaxed environment where you feel safe and comfortable so your photos feel natural and authentic.
8. What should I wear to my session?
That depends on the occasion, but I recommend neutral or coordinated outfits without heavy patterns. I’m happy to help you choose outfits before your session!
9. Where are you based? Do you travel?
I am based in the San Antonio area and can travel to surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance.
10. Can I reschedule my session?
Yes, I am happy to reschedule our session with proper notice. Please reach out to me as soon as possible in the event that you need to reschedule.
11. What happens if it rains?
No worries, we can reschedule or adjust plans if necessary.
